MOD. DS2/80 DESPRUEING MACHINE FOR LIGHT ALLOY WHEELS
The main advantage of our desprueing machine is that it can automatically process wheels with different styles and sizes. The presence of the operator is not necessary as the machine is designed to remove sprues on wheels ranging from 13" to 22" also if fed at random. The desprueing cycle  is extremely rapid, with up to 4 wheels processed per minute. Thanks to its 800 kN force punching press, the dual wheel pre-centering system, the lubrication unit of the punch tool and the integrated blow-off system for chips removal, at the end of the cycle the wheels are free of flashes and swarf, and perfectly degreased. An automatic matrix changeover system (optional, up to 4 matrixes, also with different diameters) and a front conveyor (optional) allow the machine to serve a production line by feeding the wheels directly into the machine, thus guaranteeing non-stop desprueing also in production lines that involve different wheel styles and sizes. State-of-the-art safety and control systems complete the unit. Numerous machines have already been installed in the plants of the leading light alloy wheel manufacturers.
