LPM Molds was established in 2002 as LPM mold division , the result of the company's Customer Satisfaction vision that intends to offer its clients a complete solution for all their needs.

Highly specialized personnel, trained at the plants of local alloy wheel manufacturers of worldwide magnitude, and the most advanced technologies form the solid background of our daily work.

Our strength is based especially on the experience accrued by each one of the 15 members of our staff in designing and creating every kind of mold, including in particular the crucial OEM stage, which requires a high level of know-how and exceptional abilities in the complete management not only of the mold, but of the entire project too.

We can create single- and multi sprue molds with either air or water cooling, with or without heaters.

Our technical department, the core of our organization, is equipped with sophisticated CAD 2D and 3D (AutoCad, ProE) systems, as well as with CAM (WorkNC e CG Tech Vericut), allowing us to develop any project starting either from its design or mock-up.

Our workshop, the operational arm of our company, is equipped both with traditional CN machines (RAMBAUDI, OMV, MANDELLI) and with 5-axis HSM milling machines (DMG, GRAZIANO), the latest evolution in machining technologies guaranteeing maximum accuracy associated with performance speed for state-of-the-art process optimisation.

The quality of our products is certified by our in-house quality control system by means of very accurate measuring methods.
The cutting-edge technology in quality control is our CMM which, within in an air-conditioned and controlled environment, guarantees the exact monitoring of the results of our efforts.
That is why our company has already been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.
