GRAVITY DIE CASTING BENCH "SCB" TYPE

It's a bench of simple but sturdy structure, designed for the gravity die casting with vertical split dies, especially for cylinder heads, smaller engine blocks, intake, manifolds, etc.. All the movements, such as: Side block open / close, Open /  close end pulls, Casting,  are hydraulically actuated. The two side blocks actuators make it possible to accommodate three different outside dimensions (see technical specs), according to their respective position, that can be manually adjusted. All die fixing systems, such as bottom plate, side block, end pulls and ejection plate, are manual. Special care has been given to the casting process control, by controlling the die temperature by means of thermocouples, and up to 10 cooling circuits, managed by solenoid valves, as follows: All water, All air, Part water, part air, Air - water mix in the same circuit.
